I have an 81 Mercedez Junk Car. What parts should I take off before scrapping it?

I'm not looking to fully dismantle the car but take off the valuable parts and sell those to the yard separately. Any detail you can go into about taking off the parts would be appreciated.

I've already done the cat. converter and rims.

I get a lot of junk cars: are there any other parts I might take off a BMW?

I know its junk, but in California, catalytic converters alone sell for between 40 and 300 dollars.
