How do I get rid of my car?

I have a 98' Buick Skylark, the engine on that car is really broken down and won't run, to get it fix in a shop would cost me couple thousand dollars, so I'm trying to find a way to get rid of it, better yet sell it if possible, but who would buy it??? It's at my house and whoever wants it needs to pay towing for it and the price I want to sell, do you know what company buys junk cars?

Call your local salvage yard. They'll gladly pick it up and dispose of it.

I would most definetly give it to the salvation army….big ttax cuts! Plus they pick it up, it may seem like your giving it away for free but trust me…your not

Put in on Craigslist as a mechanics special non running for repair or parts.
You'll be surprised who might make you an offer. Be realistic about the price (it's only worth a few hundred dollars to a junk yard) sell it cheap and get it out of your yard.
